Try your FlatFit Jeans for 90 days. Yes, you can wear them. If you don't love them, you get your money back.
How to get a refund
- Email us at contact@flatfitjeans.com within 90 days after your order is delivered. Add your order number.
- We reply with the return address and simple steps.
- You send the jeans back.
- Once we receive them, we send your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by you, unless your jeans arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong item.
Wrong size?
Email us with your order number. We will help you get the right size.
Damaged or wrong item
If your jeans arrive damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will send you a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Cancel an order
Changed your mind? Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we cancel it and refund you in full.
