Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after you place them. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting holidays.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States.

Tracking
When your order ships, you get an email with a tracking link. You can also follow your package on our Track my order page: https://flatfitjeans.com/apps/parcelpanel

Late package
Sometimes a carrier is slower than usual. If your package is late, email us with your order number and we will look into it right away.

Lost or damaged package
If your package is lost, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and a photo if it is damaged). We will send you a new one or refund you.

Wrong address
Please check your address before you pay. If you made a mistake, email us right away: we can fix it as long as your order has not shipped yet.
